The story ..

Svolvær Havorama, originally known as Moltebærholmen, was an islet named after Cloudberry, although it's not known why, as according to local folklore, Cloudberry never grew there. The islet was accessible via a bridge and had a fishing dock at its outermost point. After the storm Frode in 1993 destroyed the bridge, it was decided to establish a permanent road connection.

In the 2000s, Lofoten Tomteselskap purchased the islet and adjacent skerries, and in 2006, construction of the red vacation homes commenced, completed in 2007. TEFT, a subsidiary of Lofoten Tomteselskap, invested in pedestrian and bicycle pathways, including improvements to the Perleporten tunnel.

The planned playground will be an idyllic gathering spot for the families settling in the area, aiming to create a safe and playful environment for children. Surrounded by the beautiful nature and with the sea as a backdrop, it will foster a social community for both adults and children.
